Hollis & Vale Shipping Policy

Made to order

Every Hollis & Vale piece is engraved just for you, so each order is made after you place it. Production takes [3-5] business days, then your order ships.

Free shipping

Orders over $120 ship free, domestic and international. Expedited shipping is not included in free shipping.

Shipping times

Delivery times start once your order ships, not when you place it.

Expedited shipping speeds up delivery only. It doesn't shorten production time. Dates are estimates and aren't guaranteed, and delays from carriers, weather, customs or holidays can happen.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These are collected by the carrier or customs and aren't included in our prices or free shipping.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation when your order ships, with a tracking number [by text/email]. If you don't see it after [X] business days, call or text us at 786-802-2986.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't change an address once your order is in production, and we aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address you entered. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we can reship it at the customer's cost.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, call or text us at 786-802-2986 with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it, and damaged items are handled under our Refund Policy.

Gifts

Need it by a certain date? Contact us before ordering and we'll tell you the latest order date we can meet. We can't guarantee holiday delivery without a confirmed date.
